    You Don't Have to Type Every Load

    AI Dispatcher is Hawk Lane's optional add-on for Carrier TMS. It can prepare reviewable draft loads from voice, supported PDFs, CSVs or emails, log check calls from voice, and share dispatch updates through Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. A person still reviews before a draft goes live. This is not included with the standard QuickBooks Online, Motive or Samsara integration. Talk to support to review your documents, channels, voice path and volume and enable it.
