Yes. The Free plan supports up to 3 active trucks and includes the core web TMS. Driver app, customer portal, settlements, advanced reporting and integrations require a paid plan.
No. The staff TMS is accessed through a supported web browser. Driver access is available through supported mobile workflows where included.
Pro includes one bounded standard CSV migration. Complex cleanup, historical jobs, document matching and custom migration are quoted separately.
The Driver App is included in Growth, Pro and eligible Custom plans.
Growth, Pro and eligible Custom plans include a customer portal for shared job information, documents and invoices.
Integration availability varies by provider and region. QuickBooks Online is the first supported standard integration. Other accounting, telematics, EDI and custom systems are assessed individually.
