Support can map how bookings, consignment files and driver messages reach the office today, then enable a separately quoted path that prepares a draft job/load, records a check call, or files a POD against the matched record. Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp stay as communication channels — the TMS stays the job record. A person still reviews before a draft is live. This is not included with the standard QuickBooks Online integration.
